In the Silence of my Heart

In the silence of my heart and from a distance my prayer today goes out to a really dear friend who’s son passed away.

“Every man’s life ends the same way. It is only the details of how he lived and how he died that distinguish one man from another.”

  1. Hello Mich,
I’m really sad to hear of the passing of your friend’s son. Another young life taken before their time. She has a tough road ahead and I send you, and her, my best wishes at this time 💕

  2. I am so sad to read this. The loss of a child is the most acute loss of all however old that child may be even if they are adult. I send your friend my sincerest, most heartfelt condolences and love. And of course to you also

  3. Thank you, Dear Friend for posting this heartfelt piece! No mother should have to deal with the loss of a son. I join you in prayers and comforting thoughts for this Dear Friend and Lady!!!!

If a woman loses a husband – she is a widow
If a husband loses a wife – he is a widower
If a child loses their parents – they are an orphan
There is no word for a parent who loses a child because it is just too awful!!!
