Your Glaring Eyes

I wonder what is behind
behind your glaring eyes
are you a friend or are you a foe?
‘cos I really don’t know

I wonder what is behind
behind your glaring eyes
are you cunning or simply shrewd?
or maybe misunderstood

I wonder what is behind
behind your glaring eyes
if they’re the window to your soul
then I’m scared, scared as hell

  1. I was smiling while thinking how lately I have been feeling I just don’t understand people often – their eyes just don’t give away what they really mean, who they really are 🙂

  2. Eek!!! Are we talking bird-eyes or human-bean-eyes? 😮
Eyes are usually honest…so if they are saying/showing negative things we must be wary.
When I meet someone for the first time, I always look long-ly into their eyes to try to read them.
(((HUGS))) and be safe and ❤ and extra condolences.
